Terms and conditions :

• The service takes place aboard your vehicle, please make sure there is a seat available for the guide

• The service can be tailored according to your preferences and feasibility. Requesting a tour itinerary and a quote is necessary. Please contact me via phone at 06-24-24-83-29 or by email at discovermynormandy@outlook.fr.

Price :

• The mentioned price is a daily package specified in Euros.

• The price does not include admission to any museums and guide's lunch. These expenses are your responsibility on the day of the service.

• Discover my Normandy reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The applicable rate is the one provided on the day of booking the service.

• Discover my Normandy is in VAT exemption, therefore VAT is not applicable according to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

• A deposit of 100€ (for one day of visit) will be required to reserve and confirm the service, 50% of the estimate will be required when booking more than 2 days of visits, and the balance of the invoice due will have to be pay on the day of the service.

• Any acceptance of the quote implies acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

Payment :

• Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) via a secure online payment link sent by email, text, or Whatsapp.

• Bank check (for French clients only) under the condition of a valid national ID card.

• Transfer (for transfers outside European Union bank charges and plus change of currency at your expense)

• Cash at the end of the visit.

• For travel agencies or other companies, a flat-rate indemnity of €40 for collection costs will be applied after 30 days in the event of late payment.

Cancellation :

• If you cancel 15 days or less before the service date, this deposit will not be refunded.

• If the deposit is to be refunded by a non European Union country bank transfer, the bank charges (40€ minimum) and currency change will be deducted from the deposit.

• If, for any reason, Discover my Normandy cancels the service, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Dispute :

• Any disputes or controversies regarding the validity, interpretation or exuction of the General Terms of Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

• In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caen, France.
